Sarah received her Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and is an Independently licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Sarah began her career with a focus in child and adolescent mental health, then transitioned into treating adults. She is a founding partner of Fit Mind Cleveland, LLC, which opened its doors in 2010.

Sarah enjoys building the therapeutic alliance, enhancing effective communication, improving interpersonal effectiveness, helping clients heal intrapsychic suffering, develop support and coping mechanisms. Most importantly, she is honored to witness the journey and strength of the human spirit. She sees clients 18 years of age and above.​

​She specializes in the treatment of adult survivors of trauma and/or anxiety, depression, stage of life issues, ADHD, lifestyle problems, marital issues and parent-child interactional issues using an eclectic therapeutic approach. This approach involves a holistic perspective of the individual,
couple or family and integrates evidenced-based treatment protocols, the latest developments in neuroscience, intrapsychic and interpersonal dynamics to achieve optimal recovery and goal centered healing.
